Diego Luna enlocks “the lawyer for immigration” to examine the anti-Trump monologue jokes “in case I should flee the country”

The star of “Andor” Diego Luna is still hosting guests “Jimmy Kimmel Live” this week, and as a fun follow -up of the sincere declaration he made the previous night, the actor executed a fun gag in which he tried to take “some additional precautions” in his Tuesday monologue to ensure that Donald Trump does not come after him.
The context was the famous monologue he gave in the episode on Monday evening, during which Luna criticized Trump’s “authoritarian” policies, celebrated the city of Los Angeles and urged support to immigrants.
It is therefore Tuesday, Luna spent a large part of her monologue to share various reactions to this comment – including the extremely negative coverage of Fox News.
“If Fox News talks about it, it means that I am probably on Donald Trump’s radar now, then I took some additional precautions,” said Luna. “I have my packaged suitcase, ready to leave, in case I need to flee the country. You know, Tijuana is a few hours. ”
“I also hired an immigration lawyer. It’s Laurie,” said Luna, pointing an actress out of stage representing this immigration lawyer. “She will listen to my monologue and tell me if I’m going too hard on Trump or in the Maga universe in general. Let’s test it in Laurie, are you okay? Do we have Trump jokes that are? ” Then he tried a couple.
“Knock Knock. Ice! Everyone is hiding! ” Said Luna, before turning to “Laurie”, who raised her shoulders in an unaccompanied manner.
“Okay, let’s try another. Why does Donald Trump want to screw immigrants?” Luna continued. “Because the one he married will not screw him up.”
To this, ‘Laurie’ shaken her head no, what Luna said: “Okay, okay, okay, okay Laurie, thank you very much, now we know the limits. I have not found them by the way. If you want to expel someone, I know the writers.”
“You know, one of the worst parts of the organization of a late evening show is that I have to follow what President Trump does every second. I now know why Jimmy went to fish in the middle of nowhere. Three months seem to be a short period of time, right?” He joked.
