News from the Steelers list: sign the signature of the LB Ja’whaun Bentley pit in the practice of the squad

After the defeat of week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks, the Steelers made some adjustments to their training team.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Pittsburgh signs the second Ja’whaun Bentley in the team’s training team.

To make room for Bentley and Hodgins, the Steelers released the tight recruit JJ Galbreath and the wide Rakim Jarrett receiver of the training team.

Bentley was drafted in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL draft by the New England Patriots. Since then, he started 68 games with 509 career -combined plated, two interceptions, 21 plated for loss and 10.5 bags.

He experienced three consecutive seasons over 100 years from 2021-2023. His 2024 season was interrupted after two games due to a pectoral tear.
