Nahcon inspects medical clinics, the outposts in Mecca

The Hajj National Commission of Nigeria carried out an in-depth inspection of its operated medical clinics and its outposts in Mecca.

Nahcon said this in a statement by his principal information official, Shafii Mohammed, in Mecca on Saturday.

Ms. Mohammed said that the Nahcon delegation was led by the Commissioner for Policy, Research, Statistics, Information and Library Services (PRSILS), Professor Abubakar Yagawal.

He said: “At the Clinic de Shari ‘Sittin, the chief of the clinic, Dr. Fakhrdeen Muhammad, guided the delegation through treatment shares and pharmacy units. In Misfalah Clinic, Dr. Bunu Bukar has conducted a male and female wards, while the Kano State Outpost, Dr Ahmad Usman presented the clinic’s operations and services. ‘ ‘.

Muhammed said that clinical leaders have declared to deal with various medical conditions, including flu, thoracic infections, hypertension, diabetes complications and a case of cardiac arrest.

“Some mortality cases have also been recorded, and the pilgrims interviewed Nahcon for providing free, opportune and compassionate health care,” said Nahcon’s information manager.

Speaking after the inspection, Mr. Yagawal, expressed his satisfaction with the state of the facilities and praised the dedication of the medical teams.

The visit underlined Nahcon’s commitment to quality health care and the well-being of Nigerian pilgrims during Hajj 2025.

The other officials of the inspection team were the commissioner of Nahcon representing the Federal Ministry of Health, Dr. Saidu Ahmad Dumbulwa; Deputy Director of Planning, Ibrahim Mahmood; and upper members of the national medical team.
