Brendon McCullum Happy after England fails to win the Anderson-Tendulkar trophy !! Mohammed Siraj is the reason

National Cricket team from England Head coach Brendon McCullum said the score of 2-2 against the India national cricket team was a fair reflection of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy of five 2025 games.
Brendon McCullum Also said that even if he was disappointed, he had a deep admiration for Mohammed Siraj and the fight he showed throughout the series.

Speaking on Sky Sports, the head coach from England Brendon McCullum labeled the 2025 Anderson-Tendulkar trophy as the best series of which he has ever been part. He said:
“It is the best series of five -game tests of which I have never been part and which I was witness. It just oscillated throughout the six weeks and I felt that everything had. I thought there was sometimes hostility, the camaraderie sometimes suffered.
“We knew that it was going to be difficult to enter the series, we knew that they were going to test us physically and mentally. I think it tested the two teams more than what we expected.”
Brendon McCullum was impressed by the performance delivered by Mohammed Siraj And was happy to see the Indian Pace doing the work for India. He said:
“It was a creaking series to be part of and when Siraj took this final counter, as much as I was disappointed, I had the admiration for him and the fight he obtained as a cricket player and the way he was able to do what he did. I think 2-2 was a fair reflection.”

Brendon McCullum still praised Ben Stokes as a unique cricket player. McCullum said that Stokes, who missed the fifth test due to an injury, puts his body at stake to make things work for his team. He developed:
“Stokes is a cricket player once by a generation. He makes things move with Bat in hand, he has the most than six tests, and he absorbs the pressure better than anyone I have ever seen. Obviously, it is an inspiring captain that the guys follow.
“He always seeks to advance the game and transfer the pressure on the opposition. By the force of will, he is able to make things work and sometimes it means that he must play long periods or bring himself in dark places. You cannot have one without the other and sometimes it leads to injuries and it’s just an integral part.”
