DC settles quietly with the police sergeant who continued for the crime statistics – Redstate
We witnessed democratic panic when President Donald Trump announced that he was federalizing DC Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) after another heinous and violent incident – this time, the start of the wild battery of the former Doge’s staff “Big Balls” Edward Coristine while he was trying to postpone an attempt to hijack.

Of course, as it seems so often these days, the progressive story with wide-eyed eyes quickly collapsed. Even some journalists admitted that they had been attacked and were afraid. Meanwhile, as Bonchie de Redstate reported, a DC police commander was recently suspended for falsifying data to improve the city’s crime statistics. Oh.
But it gets worse.
Thursday, the Washington Free Beacon reported that the district had just settled a lawsuit that described even more fibbing on crime statistics:

Former MPD Sergeant Charlotte Djossou continued the department in 2020, alleging that the police management had punished it for denouncing the program. Statistics can obviously be an extremely useful tool in a variety of applications. However, when they are manipulated and corrupt to convince you of a distorted reality which is in contradiction with what you testify daily, they become a pernicious method used to distort the political debate. Donald Trump is well aware of this and takes crime seriously – something that the Democrats have neglected to do for decades when we looked at our incredible cities to decline the similar dystopian of their old self.
