Freddie Kraft reacts to Bubba Wallace Speed, losing Wheel on Pit Road in Richmond

Freddie Forcethe spotter for Bubba Wallacewas not too disappointed with n ° 23 Toyota losing a wheel on Pit Road in Richmond. On Lighting Porte Parent Charge Podcast, Kraft reacted to the incident that occurred during the last stage of the Nascar Cup Series race.
“We had so many tires that we were going to leave one on Pit Road,” said Freddie Kraft jokingly. “A punch. Thank God, we won the race at Indy because they would have been filled if Austin [Dillon] win and we were there. Our car was so fast, then we go down on the stands road and unfortunately lose a wheel. It was the perfect scenario. He followed us to the pit box.
After losing the wheel, Bubba Wallace stopped at the pit box to Chase Briscoe, As the two are Toyota teammates. The Briscoe team recovered the wheel on the car and Wallace finished the race. It was an unfortunate situation for Wallace because he finished 28th after leading the majority of the race.

“Obviously, it ruined our day,” added Kraft. “This is one of those days when you get a quick car like that, it hurts almost less. I don’t know if we could have beat the three (Dillon). They had this thing that jazzed as they always did in Richmond. It hurts, but we were fast. I hope we can carry this speed.”
Kraft is right with regard to Indy. Because Wallace won the Brickyard 400, he heads for the playoffs, so the Richmond incident does not sting as much for team n ° 23 as possible.
Outside Richmond, Wallace was on a roll while the regular season ends. In the last five races, the 31 -year -old has finished four times in the Top 10. Wallace obtained a P7 finish in Dover, won Indy, finished sixth at Iowa and eighth at Watkins Glen.
The regular Nascar 2025 NASCAR series ends on Saturday when the pilots participate in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 in Daytona. Wallace will seek to finish the regular season to go up in the classification of the playoffs and give himself a better chance to go to the second round.
