Francisco Alvarez of food to undergo an MRI after the thumb game

Williamsport, Pennsylvania – The receiver of the New York Mets Francisco Alvarez needs an MRI on his right thumb after blocked his hand on a head slide first in the second goal on Sunday evening against Seattle.

Alvarez stayed in the match after his double in seventh round. He did not go out to catch the eighth round of the 7-3 victory of the Mets against the Navy in the MLB Little League Classic.

Diet manager Carlos Mendoza said Alvarez would return to New York on MRI on MRI.

“Right now, we don’t know what we are holding,” said Mendoza.

Alvarez went 3-en-4 with two points scored and a product point.
