Andrews has been working for Fox for more than a decade after making the Espn jump. Her contract with the network expired after the Super Bowl, but there are indications that she will be back in the fold this fall.
“I think my goal is always the same as last year,” Andrews said last September. “Take advantage of it, because it will not last forever, especially when your contract is in place – and mine is.”
During an episode of his podcast “Calm Down” with Charissa Thompson in March, Andrews referred to the longtime colleague Jimmy Johnson who returns to make invited appearances after announcing his retirement.
Alert listeners have taken note of how Andrews referred to Johnson – according to his retirement “will not feel real before launching the season” – and deduced that the 47 -year -old journalist planned to return to work with Fox in September.
Andrews is the best journalist on the network’s key line, working with the game man n ° 1 Kevin Burkhardt and the game analyst Tom Brady.
