East Hartford, Connecticut (WFSB) – Amber alert published for Amelia Santiago, 11, was canceled, according to the CT Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection.
Managers have confirmed that Amelia was located and are safe.
She was seen for the last time on September 19 in Manchester and would have been with her father, Ricardo Santiago, traveling in a Jeep Patriot Gris 2015.
No other details on recovery have been published at the moment.
