8 Ways to Use Leftover Pumpkin Puree, From Pancakes to Milkshakes

A standard-size can of pumpkin weighs 15 ounces, or about 1 3/4 cups, but not every recipe I make with pumpkin uses the entire contents of a can. I can freeze what’s left, but I have to use it eventually.
