Blues signs bjugstad to a two -year contract

The president of St. Louis Blues of hockey operations and the director general Doug Armstrong announced today that the Blues have signed the striker Nick Bjugstad to a two -year contract worth $ 3.5 million ($ 1.75 million of annual average value).
Bjugstad, 32, appeared in 66 regular season games with the Utah mammoth last season, displaying 19 points (eight goals, 11 assists) and 16 minutes of penalty.
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, the 6 -foot -5 -inch striker, 205 pounds, amassed 330 points (157 goals, 173 assists) and 344 minutes of penalty in 760 career games in the NHL, including stays with Florida, Pittsburgh, Minnesota, Arizona, Edmonton and Utah.
He also totaled eight points (six goals, two assists) and 22 minutes of penalty in 27 career playoff games.
