Zack Peter Reacts to Marty Supreme Star’s Latest Appearance with Kylie Jenner at the Critics’ Choice Awards
Zack Peter shared his thoughts on Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s appearance at the Critics’ Choice Awards. The couple attended the event together on Sunday, January 4, where Chalamet also expressed his gratitude to Jenner after winning an award.
Chalamet won the best actor award for Marty Supreme at the Critics’ Choice Awards on Sunday. He attended the event with his partner, Kylie Jenner, and they skipped the red carpet and went straight to the show. In his victory speech, the actor also thanked his partner for her support, saying:
“Thank you to my partner of three years. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
Many fans online praised Chalamet for his speech and expressed their appreciation for the couple. Comedian and podcaster Zack Peter, however, said the Dune actor appears to be “a boy and not a man.” He posted a video to X (formerly Twitter) on January 5, with the caption:
“I’m happy for Kylie Jenner, but Timothée Chalamet just doesn’t do it for me. What about you?”
He added in the video:
“Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner stole the Critics’ Choice Awards, and all of America is tough, with their pretty bold PDA over the critics’ choice words. They basically stole the show from Chelsea Handler, who hosted it. Kylie is saying goodbye to all the exes, all the loser exes that she had before. She’s saying goodbye to all her baby daddies, and now she’s saying, I’m going to settle down with a good, cute boy, like Timothée Chalamet.”
“Do I find him that attractive? Not necessarily. I don’t think he’s that cute. He’s like a boy, you know? I want a man. Kylie apparently likes boys. She doesn’t like men,” he added.
Jenner also supported Chalamet at the Palm Springs International Film Awards on Saturday, as he won the Spotlight Award for Actor of the Year.

A timeline of the relationship between Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner
Rumors about Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s relationship first emerged in April 2023. They were first seen interacting in January 2023 during Paris Fashion Week, before reports suggested they began dating in April of the same year. Sources tell PEOPLE that they have been seeing each other weekly and getting to know each other.
The reports spread and actress Jennifer Lawrence appeared to confirm it in June 2023. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohenshe was asked about the couple’s relationship. She replied:
“I don’t like him [Chalamet] I didn’t get my permission, but I support it.”
On September 5 of that year, Jenner and Chalamet were spotted kissing at Beyoncé’s concert at SoFi Stadium, making their relationship official. Since then, they have been seen at many public events like New York Fashion Week, US Open, Golden Globes, etc.
Jenner, notably, also has two children from her previous relationship with Travis Scott: her daughter Stormi Webster and her son Aire Jacques Webster. Scott also appeared to criticize his relationship with Chalamet in his 2023 song, Merger.
