The nominations for this year’s golden balloon, with big names in Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea among the last 30 which could collect the prestigious price.
After their first league success, Liverpool features Mohamed Salah, Virgil Van Dijk and Alexis Mac Allister on the list, as well as the new Reds signing Florian Wirtz.
Chelsea was also Cole Palmer after his role in their triumph of the Club World Cup, while the duo of Arsenal Declan Rice and Viktor Gyokerres also made the list.
We imagine, however, that the big favorites will be one of the duo of Barcelona Lamine Yamal or Raphinha, or perhaps Ousmane Dembele of Paris Saint-Germain after their success in the Champions League.

Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland, Harry Kane and Robert Lewandowski are just some of the other names of superstar on this list.
Who will win the Ballon d’Or 2025?
Yamal and Raphinha look like two big names to look at because they were superb for Barcelona because they won the Liga and made the semi-finals of the Champions League.
However, could this lack of European success cost the Barça duo? PSG then won the competition and many will feel Dembele was their outside competition.
However, Luis Enrique’s team also had a few other star artists who are worthy winners, such as Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Vitinha, Desire Doue and Achraf Hakimi, who are all also in the last 30.
Liverpool fans will surely feel that Salah will not get enough respect not to be one of the favorites, so can it take a form of the start of the season which might do it in the final ranking?
