Wow: Ice would have told Kilmar Abrego Garcia his new destination

The Trump administration may have finally exceeded the legal team representing Kilmar Abrego Garcia, if what is reported this evening is happening.
Readers could remember that the alleged member of the Gang MS-13 and a trafficker of human beings of El Salvador was released from prison by a judge of Tennessee on August 22 and was immediately returned to Maryland.
Then on August 28, Abrego Garcia was owned by immigration and customs application (ICE), all signs pointing to its next destination being Uganda. But as my colleague Bonchie wrote, a judge appointed by the former president. Barack Obama ordered a temporary block of expulsion:
In response, ABREGO-GARCIA lawyers immediately placed a petition for the brief of Habeas Corpus. Now, judge Paula Xinis, named Barack Obama, has intervened and arrested her last expulsion, saying that there are “several reasons” on which she could relieve.
During a hearing on Monday afternoon, the US District Judge Paula Xinis ordered that Grego remains to remain detained in the United States – temporarily blocking his expulsion in Uganda – until she holds a proof audience.
The judge said that there were “several reasons” on which there could be competence to exercise help – including that Uganda has not agreed to offer Abrego protections, such as being able to walk freely, receive refugee status and not be raised in Salvador.

As Bonchie noted, the lawyers of Abrego Garcia gave the judge a familiar reason why he should not be sent to Uganda, writing that there was “the fear of persecution and torture”. The same reason “he gave to avoid being returned to his native Salvador”.
It turns out that Uganda and Salvador are not the only countries on the planet where Abrego Garcia feared for his security, according to a document obtained by Bill Melugin from Fox News.
Melugin broke the story via an article on his X account, sharing an email he says that Ice sent through the lawyers of Abrego Garcia abroad on Friday afternoon. In the email, the Trump administration seems to lose patience with the apology.
Ice writes that “[t]He claims that fear is difficult to take seriously, especially since you have affirmed (through your lawyers) that you fear persecution or torture in at least 22 countries. “Here is the list:
- El Salvador
- Uganda
- Mexico
- Belize
- Costa Rica
- Guatemala
- Honduras
- Nicaragua
- Panama
- Argentina
- Bolivia
- Brazil
- Chile
- Colombia
- Ecuador
- Paraguay
- Peru
- Uruguay
- Venezuela
- Cuba
- Dominican Republic
- Haiti
Then, they said to Abrego Garcia his new destination:
However, we inform you of the present that your new country of elimination is Eswatini, Africa.
You may be wondering (I have certainly done it) where exactly is Eswatini. Used, the CIA has updated its file on the small African country this week, noting that it is in the southern part of the continent, nestled between South Africa and Mozambique:
European countries defined the modern borders of the kingdom at the end of the 19th century, and Swaziland (as it became known) was administered as a territory of the British High Commissioner from 1903 to its independence in 1968.
…
King Mswati III renamed the country of Swaziland in Eswatini in 2018 to reflect the name most used by its citizens.
RUP: @FoxNews obtained an ice email sent to the lawyers of Kilmar Abrego Garcia this afternoon by informing them that the ice now plans to deport it to the small African country of Eswatini because of its fear of persecution / torture in Uganda and more than 20 other countries, than ice… pic.twitter.com/qppie6zeyb
