One worker died and others had to be rescued following an accident at a radio tower in Atlantic City.
Three men from an unnamed private company were working on the structure Thursday in the Venice Park neighborhood when an unknown object fell and struck one of them, the Atlantic City Public Safety Bureau said.
The other two workers took turns performing CPR on the victim, but were unable to resuscitate him and he died from his injuries.
Firefighters were able to safely extricate all three. The survivors refused treatment or transport to a hospital, authorities said.
