WNBA power classification: no more movement in the middle of the league

Almost a month after the start of the WNBA season, it is easy to identify the plot. Two teams have skyrocketed and just need to maintain their momentum. A team seems to have no momentum at all. And the rest is always trying to understand it.

While Minnesota Lynx and New York Liberty remain installed in the penthouse with the Dallas wings in the cellar, the other 10 teams move from top to bottom of the Espn Power WNBA.

The injuries, as always, are wreaking havoc. This includes an LCA tear on the right at the end of the season for the Chicago sky veteran, Courtney Vandersloot. She was injured halfway through the first quarter of Saturday’s defeat against Indiana fever, throwing a veil during a historic evening; It was Sky’s first game at United Center, in front of the biggest home in the history of the franchise. Chicago’s offensive was already lukewarm with Vandersloot, which is n ° 2 on the list of assists of all time, and that seemed even worse without it.

On the other hand, the Indiana played well for the second consecutive match without the leader Caitlin Clark (Quadriceps) after losing her previous two games with her. The fever has come back to .500, and they hope that Clark will come back soon.

We head to the last section of the commissioner’s cup games, the lynx and freedom ending during their second consecutive confrontation in the final of the tournament in season while other teams try to develop consistency in their game.
