Wives of Shane Bieber and Alex Bregman Clink Glasses on Girls’ Night Out, Kara Bieber Leaves Witty Note for Reagan

During the MLB regular season, players’ traveling families often interact with each other and create a sense of camaraderie, often even when they are not on the same team. This is certainly the case for the wives of Alex Bregman and Shane Bieber.

On Thursday, Kara Bieber and Reagan Bregman shared snaps from their “girls-only” gathering. The latter shared a photo of the couple toasting with their lush green glasses. Bieber noted that she didn’t know Bregman was including her in the frame.

“I thought it was just a photo of my drink,” she wrote, sharing her friend’s story.

The “girls’ night,” as Bregman described it in her stories, had the theme “bring your favorite thing.” The elaborate table included several gifts ranging from exotic chocolates to luxury pots and personalized notebooks for all attendees.

Bregman revealed his gifts: soul food masks from Anika. She also shared a delicious spread featuring Kaluga caviar prepared by pitcher Liam Hendriks’ wife, Kristi.

Hendriks and Bregman were teammates with the Red Sox before becoming free agents. Bieber, traded to the Toronto Blue Jays by the Cleveland Guardians this season, had the opportunity to head into free agency himself, but opted to accept his $16 million player option for the 2026 season.

Kara Bieber and Reagan Bregman often display their friendship on social media. Their most recent interaction saw Bregman commenting on her friend’s post with her husband during a getaway to Scottsdale last week. The two also shared lunch with NFL center AQ Shipley’s wife, Shari, on December 4.

Reagan Bregman also shared a story in which she looked like Santa, according to her three-year-old son Knox. In the shared mirror selfie, Reagan can be seen wearing an all-white outfit including an alice+olivia shirt, a Helsa skirt, fur cuffs and pointed heels.

Knox Bregman was born to the couple in 2022. They recently welcomed their second born, Bennett Matthew, in April 2025.
