The Pentagon said Monday it was looking into “serious allegations of misconduct” against Democratic U.S. Senator Mark Kelly.
Kelly, a retired U.S. Navy captain, was one of six Democratic lawmakers who recently urged the military to refuse illegal orders.

Further action could be taken, including recall to active duty for court-martial or administrative action, the Pentagon added.
