‘Will & Harper’s Harper Steele will be honored by the city of West Hollywood

EXCLUSIVE: Harper Steele, who co-stars with Will Ferrell in the documentary nominated at the Emmy Emmy Will & Harperwill receive an official proclamation of the city of West Hollywood by honoring “its plea and its continuous efforts to raise the transgender community”.
