Who hosts Christmas in the land of the CMAs?
Country music’s Jordan Davis and country-loving Christian star Lauren Daigle will co-host Christmas in the land of the CMAs 2025. They are both hosting this event for the first time, and it is also the first time they are hosting something together. They will keep the rhythm of commercial breaks, introduce the artists on stage and share joyful anecdotes along the way.
This year, Jordan retained very busy in both his career and personal life. After performing at CMA Fest in June, the “Next Thing You Know” singer and his wife, Kristen, welcomed a baby girl named Sadie in July. The little one evened the score, so to speak, joining two older brothers and an older sister.
Next, Jordan released a new album called Learn the hard way in August, the same month it revealed a partnership with Cracker Barrel. He appeared on the CBS music competition led by Keith Urban. The road in November and toured in support of his new music throughout the fall.
Among the biggest names in contemporary Christian music, Lauren Daigle also made headlines this year when she performed “America the Beautiful” at the Super Bowl in New Orleans in February. His last album was his self-titled project 2023, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboardof the ranking of the best Christian albums of this spring.
This is the 16th broadcast of Christmas in the land of the CMAs, an annual holiday special which began in 2010. The show historically airs in December, right after the CMA Awards in November. Lovers of Christmas Past hosts included Jennifer Nettles, Trisha Yearwood, Reba McEntire, Thomas Rhett and his wife, Lauren Akins, Carly Pearce with Gabby Barrett and Amy Grant alongside Yearwood.
