The daughter of Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, Violet, gives a passionate speech to the United Nations
Fans have not always seen Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garnerdaughter of Purple Around the city. But lately, the 19 -year -old has taken a bigger step in the eyes of the public.
Example? Violet recently delivered a passionate speech to the United Nations headquarters in New York, in which it spoke of the effects of the long coide in children and called for clean air infrastructure.
“The leaders told us that we are the future,” said Yale’s student in her September 23 speech. “But with regard to the current pandemic, our gift is stolen just before our eyes.”
Four months ago, Violet published a test in Yale’s World Health Review In which she compared the responses to climate change – held her experience with the fires of Los Angeles – to those of the Pandemic COVID -19. And in July 2024, the defender of young people attended a meeting of the County Supervisors’ Council of Los Angeles during which it called for measures to be taken to face Long Covid, including the availability of masks, tests and treatments; Air filtration in government facilities; and an opposition to mask prohibitions.
“I contracted a post-viral condition in 2019,” she shared at the time. “I’m fine now, but I have seen in the first hand that medicine does not always have answers to the consequences of even minor viruses. The COVVI-19 pandemic threw this in a clearer relief.”
