BERLIN — For the first time in NFL history, a regular season game will be played Sunday at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, Germany.
The Atlanta Falcons and Indianapolis Colts were selected in May by the league for the Week 10 game that inaugurates the historic venue, built for the 1936 Summer Olympics.
This is the second time the Falcons will face the Colts on international fields. The two teams previously met in a preseason game in 2005 in Tokyo, Japan, where the Falcons defeated the Colts 27-21.
