Will the Cardinals recover from the incident? The Cardinals fined Jonathan Gannon $100,000 for his interaction with running back Emari Demercado during last week’s loss. Last week, Demarcado dropped the ball short of the end zone to complete a 72-yard run, resulting in a touchdown for the Titans rather than a touchdown for the Cardinals. A clearly frustrated Gannon appeared to have made contact with Demarcado and later apologized for the incident, saying he “didn’t feel good about it.”
