During the four months following Biden’s departure, a consensus seems to have emerged that the candidacy of the former president for the re -election almost guaranteed the return of Donald Trump to power. “There was the right Joe Biden … And then there was the non -functional Biden,” said Tapper last night. “And the non -functional biden would save the head more and more and more disturbing over time.”
“Now, the question is,” continued to Tap, “when did the non-functional Bider emerge so often that it was a real question of whether he should serve for the president?”
