Chelsea sold the star “world class” for only 12 million pounds sterling, now he is better than Palmer

Chelsea has been a team full of brilliant game changers in recent years, but it is always clear who is their most important player: Cole Palmer.
The Englishman joined the Manchester City club barely two years ago and is already considered by many as one of the best players in the Premier League, and it is not difficult to see why.
In 98 appearances, the 23 -year -old scored 43 goals and provided 29 assists, which resulted in a goal every 1.36 games.
However, as with each club, Chelsea has also left a number of sensational talents to leave too early, one of which is even better than Palmer.
Chelsea’s greatest regrets of transfer
It would be just to say that Chelsea has made his just part of regrettable sales over the years, Kevin de Bruyne being one of the most notable examples.
The Belgian joined the club in January 2012 for costs of around 7 million pounds sterling, but stayed with Genk for the rest of this season, then joined Werder Bremen on loan the following year.
Unfortunately for the Blues, manager José Mourinho did not take the future icon, and after only nine competitive appearances for the club, it was sold in Wolfsburg for 18 million pounds Sterling in January 2014, where he was going to produce 57 goal implications in August 2015.
We all know what happened next, while the world class midfielder made 422 appearances for the Sky Blues, scoring 108 goals, providing 177 assists and winning everything there was to win, including six league titles, two FA cups, five championship cups and the Champions League.
Although he was not as successful, another player that the blues surely wants them to never sell is the man of the moment, Marc Guehi.
The combative central rear left the West Londoners for Crystal Palace in the summer of 2021, and did it for only 18 million pounds sterling.
Since then, he made 161 appearances for the southern Londoners, in which he scored nine goals, provided four assists and above all, led them to a historic triumph of the FA Cup.
Its impressive development in Selhurst Park also saw it bring in the configuration of the national team and now, with 24 selections in its name, is undoubtedly the best central defender in England.
However, although Chelsea surely regrets having sold these two players, there is another international superstar, someone who is better than Palmer, it can be their greatest regret.
The former Chelsea star better than Palmer
Palmer being one of the best attackers in the Premier League, the player in question must be really exceptional to be better than him, and Mohamed Salah is undoubtedly that.
The Egyptian legend joined the Western Londoners in a move of 11 million pounds sterling in Basel in January 2014, making its debut for the club in a match against Newcastle United the following month.
However, after only 19 appearances during the following year, he moved to La Fiorentina on loan in January 2015, where he produced 13 goals in 26 games and drew the attention of Roma.
The Italian giants signed the future legend on a seasonal loan with an option to buy this summer, an option that was activated for only 12 million pounds sterling the following year.
During his stay in Rome, the game changer born in Nagrig accumulated a brilliant count of 34 goals and 21 assists in 83 appearances, totaling 6588, which comes out on average from an impairment to a target every 1.50 games, or every 119.78 minutes.
Unsurprisingly, such a form of incredible form began to go up the heads in the Premier League, and in June 2017, two and a half years after leaving England, Liverpool spent about 34 million pounds sterling to bring it back to these ribs.
To say that it was worth it, this expense would be a monstrous understatement.
During the seven years that followed, he accumulated astronomical transport of 246 goals and 114 assists in 405 games and played a pivotal role in two winning campaigns in the Premier League, a triumph of the Champions League and the victory of several national cups.
