Strange New World Season 4 obtains an episode of puppets and we already have a first glance
Star Trek: Strange new worlds Explored a wide range of genres during its first three seasons, but the fourth season to come can be the most daring experiment to date.
During the Hall H presentation in San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, Paramount + gave fans an overview of one of the next episodes of Strange new worlds Season 4, and I don’t think anyone was prepared for what has been revealed; an episode on the theme of puppets in which the crew of USS Enterprise Will be transformed into puppets created by the emblematic Jim Henson creature store.
The episode on the theme of the puppets is produced by Jordan Canning, who had previously directed the “Charades” of season 2 and “Wedding Bell Blues” of season 3 and “Four Vulcains and a half”. His experience with the puppet comes from the realization of episodes of Rock Fraggle: Return to the RockThe restart of the musical fantasy of the classic series of Jim Henson 1983.
A very brief video teaser of the episode was shared, revealing a version of Captain Pike puppet on the business deck as he says his emblematic speed speed phrase “Hit It”.
If Paramount + did not share the trailer online, I don’t think anyone would believe it, but we are there.

Star Trek: Strange new worlds has fully adopted the genre, each episode offering its own style and tone. And for the most part, it worked as Strange new worlds is considered one of the best modern Star Trek series.
But sometimes, this daring approach to narration is reconciled by fans. The musical episode of season 2 “Subsepace Rhapsody” is an excellent example of an episode which was hailed by criticism for its ambitious and creative narration, but some fans estimated that the musical format did not correspond to the tone of Star Trek. I love it or not, it is undeniably one of the most memorable episodes in the series, although the next episode of puppets can give it a competition for this title.
However, we have some time before season 4. Season 3 of Star Trek: Strange new worlds I just took his first this month.
The first two episodes of the season made their debut on Paramount + on July 17. Fans of the Hall H presentation were entitled to a projection in the special advance of the fourth episode to come, “A Space Adventure Hour”, which integrates a mystery theme of murder.

Season 3 will continue with the new episodes that have dropped from weekly Thursday to the final of the season on Thursday, September 11. The production of season 4 has already ended, while Paramount + also recently announced that the series has been renewed for a fifth and last season.
