DC fans are convinced that the actress of Supergirl in James Gunn’s Superman was thrown after her hilarious drunk appearance accepting a gold globe for House of the Dragon

DC fans are convinced that the actress of Supergirl Milly Alcock was thrown after her viral appearance at the Golden Globes 2023 – and even if it may not be exactly the truth, we can certainly see it.

Kara Zor-El Cameos at the end of James Gunn’s Superman when she swings at the fortress of loneliness after an intergalactic bending to pick up her dog, Krypto, that her cousin Kal-El was dogi (and leaves quickly to go to another party).

“After watching Superman, I really think Milly Alcock drunk at the Golden Globes triggered this cast,” posted a fan.

“Milly Alcock with drunk and silly Golden Globes is so coded by Kara. Perfect Supergirl Casting Omo,” said another.

“They saw Milly Alcock drunk at the Golden Globes and knew it was Supergirl,” said someone else.

An Alcock clip became viral after the Golden Globes in 2023 after it was very grouped – and most likely ended – on stage while accepting the price of the best dramatic series with its co -star Dragon House of the Dragon Emma of Arcy. Alcock and Arcy played two versions of Rhaenyra Targaryen in the prequel to Game of Thrones, and it was his performance in the HBO show that actually convinced Gunn to launch it in Supergirl.

“More than a year ago, when I had only read the comics, I watched House of the Dragon and thought that she could have the advantage, the grace and the authenticity we needed for the DCU Supergirl,” shared Gunn after the announcement of his cast in January 2024. “And now we are. The life is sometimes wild.”
