During the COVVI-19 pandemic, dermatologists saw an increase in periral dermatitis as a result of facial masks. Anna Lien-Lun Dog, MD, Associate Professor of Dermatology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, said that her practice noted an increase in cases during the pandemic.
