According to a recent study, eating a lawyer for a lawyer for six months was linked to better sleep, an improvement in cholesterol and a diet quality.

How could eating daily lawyers benefit your health?

The six -month study, funded by the lawyer center of lawyer, included 969 American adults with abdominal obesity who generally did not eat more than two lawyers per month.

One group ate a lawyer every day, while the other stuck to two or less per month. The researchers did not ask one or the other group to change something else about their diet.

The researchers used a modified version of the essential score of the American Heart Association to measure heart health. A higher score indicates better cardiovascular health and reflects factors such as food, physical activity and quality sleep.

Daily lawyer has not increased the overall cardiac health score, but it has improved the quality of food, sleep and blood lipids.

“These results suggest that relatively important improvements in most cardiovascular health components are necessary for detectable improvements in the essential metric of life,” said Wellii Damani, MS, PHD, postdoctoral, on the ground.

Damani added that gradual and supported changes in food and lifestyle are necessary to obtain “significant improvements” of cardiovascular health.

Can lawyers help you sleep better?

Sleep health and duration have improved for the study participants who ate a lawyer every day.

“It was a cardiovascular health trial, which makes sleep advantages more credible, because they have become unexpected secondary results in a well-designed randomized controlled trial,” said John Saito, MD, spokesperson for the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and Putmonologist in Children’s Hospital of Orange (COC) Metwell in an email.

Avocats are not sleeping pills, but they contain sleep support nutrients such as magnesium, potassium and healthy fats, said Saito.

“Eating regular and balanced meals with a mixture of healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and protein will help support your circadian rate,” said Saito.

How lawyers support heart health

Avocats are a good source of “healthy” monounsaturated fats. Previous studies have shown that consumption of lawyers, especially instead of saturated fats such as butter and cheese, helps reduce the risk of heart disease.

A lawyer offers 10 grams of fiber, which can help reduce cholesterol levels and heart risk.

Avocado’s soluble fibers can form a gel that binds to bile acids and “bad” cholesterol in the small intestine, helping to remove them from the body, according to Judy Simon, MS, RDN, Fand, a clinical nutritionist at the UW medical center.

Too much LDL, or “bad cholesterol, can accumulate in your arteries and cause chest pain or heart attacks.

How to add avocados to a healthy diet

Lawyers can be part of a healthy and fiber -rich diet that supports sleep. But they are not suitable for everyone, especially if you have food restrictions.

“We would not benefit from the consumption of a daily lawyer if they have an allergy to the lawyer or follow a diet poor in potassium, a low Fodmap diet or a very low fat diet under the supervision of their health care provider”, Jamie Mok, MS, DR, dietetics, told the dietis and spokesperson very well.

Mok has added that other foods can provide similar health benefits, in particular for sleep, including nuts, tangy cherry juice, fatty fish such as salmon and certain plants based on plants, although more research is necessary.

If you want to eat more avocados, try to add them to the vinaigrette, eggs, baked potatoes, smoothies or sandwiches. But you don’t have to eat it one every day or spend more than you can afford, said Simon.

“I don’t think a food can change the dial for everything,” said Simon.
