What if the first rental of your startup was not a person – but an AI agent? This provocative question was at the heart of a collaboration of a semester between the technological MBA technological program of Microsoft and Nyu Stern. Thirty students, divided into six Startup style teams, had access to Microsoft 365 COPILOT with the latest agent capacities and asked to reinvent how the work is done when the AI is integrated from the first day. Their mission: to break traditional work flows, to build “border enterprise” companies and to explore the future of human agent collaboration.
