What happened to Kaleb Johnson?

Steelers podcasts and video
Welcome to Steelers Morning Rush, our new short daily podcast with Alan Saunders, giving a longer perspective on a single topical topic surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers or the National Football League. Today, it is the recruit ball carrier Kaleb Johnson, who only played two offensive shots during the opening of the season against the New York Jets.
Johnson was listed behind Jaylen Warren and Kenneth Gainwell on the depth board of Pittsburgh since his arrival as the choice of third round of Iowa in April, but most assumed that he was finally going to become at least the second round of the team in the rotation behind Warren.
Why hasn’t it happened yet, and will it be ultimately this season? Alan breaks down it.
