Which one has more antioxidants?

Strawberries and blueberries contain antioxidants, which protect body cells from free radicals and can help prevent chronic diseases.

According to Lauri Wright, RDN, a dietitian nutritionist recorded at the University of Southern Florida, the blueberries are particularly rich in anthocyanas, the compounds which give them their deep blue color and are linked to the health of the heart and the brain.

“Strawberries are rich in Ellagic acid, anthocyan and flavonoids-which have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties,” she added.

Blake said that frozen berries are often cheaper than fresh and can be consumed all year round while avoiding food waste.
