Before entering the Love island villa, Jose “Pepe” Garcia Played in basketball for several international teams.
Pepe joined Love Island USA Season 7 on the new day and entered as a personal coach. He only revealed his old career until later in the season.

After retiring from the sport in 2023, Pepe decided to change career and become a fitness coach. The same year, he opened his training at the gymnasium, Pro Gainz. The company still works.

Pepe was a guardian for the Titans from 2017 to 2019. During his two seasons, he played for nine minutes and won an average of 3.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and a percentage of goals on the field of 33.3.
