Weather of the Long Island weekend: thunderstorms, more rain

According to the National Weather Service, the partially sunny sky on Friday will give way to another rainy weekend.

The high temperature on Friday reached the middle at the 1970s, depending on where you are on Long Island, with a bass about 61.

“Temperatures will be closer to normal today being on the fresh side of the border, with summits ranging from the mid -1970s to around 80,” said forecasts.
