Amorim must drop Man Utd Flop who was “nowhere near there”

Manchester United sitted on four points after four first league games after being beaten 3-0 by Manchester City in Etihad on Sunday.
The Red Devils were the best best for the majority of the match and were rightly beaten by their local rivals, thanks to two goals from Erling Haaland and one from Phil Foden.
One of the discussion points leading to kick -off was the inclusion of Benjamin Sesko for his full first league beginnings after his rb Leipzig move this summer.
Benjamin Sesko’s performance against Man City in number
The international Slovenia will not remember the confrontation too affectionately because his Manchester United teammates gave him very little work with the match.
Sesko finished her 80 minutes on the ground with 20 keys and a shot to the goal, which was directly in Gianluigi Donnarumma, in the number new position, by Sofascore.
The 6-feet 5 elite shooter won only three of his eight air duels, because Ruben Dias has controlled it well, and it is perhaps an aspect of his game on which he can look back and think that he could have done better.
Sesko was far from being the most efficient in the field, because he was mainly due to a lack of service to explain why he was ineffective, but Luke Shaw was a candidate for this price.
Why Luke Shaw should be abandoned
The English international began in the role of left central defense in the 3-4-2-1 system of Ruben Amorim, with Patrick Dorgu before him and Matthijs de Ligt on his right.
His performance was, unfortunately, worse than that of Sesko and undoubtedly the worst of all the players on the field, because he played a role in the three goals of Manchester City.
Speaking on the live coverage of Sky Sports du Match, Gary Neville said that Jeremy Doku had exceeded Shaw “as if he was not there” for Foden’s first goal and noted that the defender was “nowhere” to stop Haaland’s first goal.
The failure of the left foot then put Harry Maguire under pressure after a bad touch and a passage which contributed to the transport of Haaland for its goal for its third and the city.

As you can see in the table above, Shaw did nothing else in the match to compensate for his mistakes for the three goals, winning only two duels in 90 minutes on the field.
The city’s second goal was, no doubt, its worst time of the match. Haaland did a race at the back of De Ligt and Shaw was, as Neville said, “nowhere near there” because he did not plan the race, which gave the above the space he needed to lift the ball on Altay Bayindir.
It was a lamentable watch by Shaw, which was much worse than the isolated Sesko, and which should lead him to be without flood of the departure training for the confrontation with Chelsea at Oid Trafford next weekend.
In an ideal world, this implies that Murim changes the training in four in the back, dropping Shaw to call on another midfielder, but that seems unlikely since the manager has remained with the system after many performances and disappointing results.
If the Portuguese boss sticks to the system, Maguire could return to the starting alignment where Ayden Heaven could have the opportunity to shine as a naturally left player.
