We checked the game, insists on Ruben Amorim after Manchester United condemned four to Brentford

Ruben Amorim said that his Manchester United team “controlled the match” against Brentford despite a 4-3 defeat that seemed closer than it was after two goals late for visitors.
Amorim has made eight modifications to the team that won 3-0 at Athletic Bilbao in the middle of the week when he clearly showed his priorities in the coming weeks. Young Tyler Fredricson and Harry Amass were included, just like striker Chido Obi, who, at only 17 and 156 days old, became the youngest player to have started a Premier League match for Manchester United.
Only Patrick Dorgu, Manuel Ugarte and Alejandro Garnacho have kept their place and that the XI of United fighting with Kevin Schade marking twice while Brentford took a 4-1 lead with eight minutes to go.
Garnacho and Amad Diallo have reduced the arrears, but he did not do much to hide the shortcomings of another dull screen of United.

Optimal amorim encouraged by young people
Despite the defeat, Amorim was later optimistic. He said to the BBC match of the day: “I liked [the performances of] Young children. I liked the way we checked the game without several opportunities to score.
“During the first 30 minutes, we fought with sets, but we already knew that we did not have the height to fight this. In the second half, we are near the draw and we suffered two goals as we did at the beginning when we suffer one and we dropped it.
“We fought but in the end, we have lost but good things for the future.”
United plays the return match against Athletic Thursday evening and Amorim is confident of improved performance.
He added to Sky Sports: “I have no doubt that we play better. So we have to take all the heat. Right now, we are losing first League games.
“We are fighting for the Europe League and Thursday is the most important game for us.”
Mason Mount marked the objective of United and the English international accepted that it was another exposure lower than speech.
He said: “We have to do better. We have to win this match. We started well, but the second half and the end of the first half conceding goals where we knew what was going to happen. We knew they were putting crosses in the box and we have to defend this better. We can perform better in the game.”
The bees continue to buzz under Frank
It was a third victory on the Trot for Brentford, who remains looking for a place in Europe next season.
The boss Thomas Frank said: “I think we have definitely of the momentum. The last 13 we have had a very good series of games, there is a well -played flow. We must continue. The next one is the most important game and it’s Ipswich.
“It’s already a good season, let’s see if it can be a good or incredible season.”
