The Wall Street Journal will not accompany President Trump on his next trip to Scotland after the newspaper published a story binding him to the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The white house press secretary Karoline Leavitt told Politico that the journalist of the Tarini newspaper Party plans to be part of a swimming pool of the second half of Trump’s excursion from Friday, but the plans changed.
The White House has made a stew since the newspaper published a story last week by saying that Trump sent Epstein a note of debauchery but cryptic for the 50th anniversary of the deceased financial in 2003. Epstein, a condemned sexual predator, died in prison in 2019 while his relationship with minor girls was under control.
Trump – Once a party of the Epstein party – insists that the card is a false and continues the newspaper.
“Due to the false and defamatory driving of the Wall Street Journal, they will not be one of the thirteen points of sale on board,” Leavitt said in a statement published by Politico. “Each press organization worldwide wishes to cover President Trump, and the White House has taken important measures to include as many votes as possible.”
The newspaper holds its reports on the birthday letter. The journalist whom the newspaper planned to send to Scotland aboard the Air Force One does not seem to have worked on the history in question.
The note that would be sent to Epstein concludes “happy birthday – and that every day is another wonderful secret”.
The Ministry of Justice recently declared that “Epstein had injured more than a thousand victims” before its arrest in July 2019.
Trump was not accused of illegal activity related to Epstein and expressed his frustration by the current questions on their relationship.
He told the New York magazine in 2003 that Epstein women were attracted to “are on the youngest side”, while praising the predator as “a lot of fun to be with it”.
The president says that he and Epstein were at some point.
