Netflix turns to a French icon for its last feature film.
The streaming service has enlightened a story of the life of Quasimodo, the man who would have inspired the bell of Victor Hugo The hunchback of Notre-Dame.
Vincent Cassel (Hatred) was sunk into the titular role. Jean-François Richet (Plane) is defined to direct a script written by Eric Besnard (Man’s anger). Mediawan radar films are home to the feature film, with Clément Miserez and Matthieu Warter producing.
Here is the Quasimodo Logne: “Taking place in Paris on the eve of the July Revolution (1830), this film reimagine the life of the man who would have inspired the emblematic character of Victor Hugo, Quasimodo. While the cholera epidemic spreads through the city, he was caught between political agitation and an impossible love.”
