Vicente Salas leads the 93 final rounds to win the Enascar race in Dover

Vicente Salas has become the fifth different pilot to win a race this season in the series of Enascar Coca-Cola Iracing, celebrating in Victory Lane Tuesday in a speedway Motor Speedway in Dover (del.).
Salas, 22, has ahead of Ryan Luza of 0.720 seconds to win his first victory of the year. A pilot from the Nascar Xfinity series part-time, Salas thanked his team and was grateful to finally spend his car above the line first.
It was his first victory from Darlington at the start of the 2024 season.
“Put yourself in playoffs here and relieve that stress is huge,” said Salas after the race.
Salas has effectively led its eSport n ° 11 Kanaan Toyota, while the race has become a duel at the end of the tires. Steven Wilson, who won the previous two races in the series, fought with Luza on the section but finished in 29th place, a turn down, because his tires do not hold.
Kollin Keister rather finished third, Dylan Duval and Casey Kirwan completing the first five.
Salas led the last 93 laps, taking over about a quarter of the path in the 120 -round race and never abandoned it.
“I was driving super, super strong at the end,” said Salas. “I think Ryan saved his tires a little, so he was coming to the end.”
The series continues on July 1 in a virtual route by Chicago Street.
