Today, I share the difficult news that VShojo firm, and I take full responsibility for the decisions that have led us to this point.
I have done everything I can to collect funds and correct the ship in recent months, but despite my efforts, we are in a worse position, and those who are now interested in the price.
In recent years, we have collected about $ 11 million to continue a daring approach and focused on vetubing talents, prioritizing creators and the community on short -term profits, in order to reach long -term sustainability. Our funding went directly to our creators thanks to generous divisions, to beginning investments, to infrastructure, to concerts, to events, to a unique approach to the creator for an agency. However, despite all our efforts, the company did not generate the income we needed to maintain this model, and finally, we lacked money.
In addition, I recognize that some of the money spent by the company were collected as part of the activity of talents, which I learned later intended for a charitable initiative. At the time, we worked hard to raise additional investment capital to cover our costs, and I firmly thought, on the basis of the information at our disposal, that we would be able to do so and cover all expenses. We have failed in our fundraising efforts. I made the decision to continue funding and I have its consequences.
I am deeply sorry for all the talents, the staff, the friends and the members of the community who believed in our brand. You didn’t deserve this.
