Vance brings a backup of the White House to Indiana

Vice-President JD Vance brought today an entourage of White House officials at Indiana for his meeting with the Republican officials of the State, which he tried to put pressure to follow the example of Texas and make the Trump administration auction with regard to the cards of the State Congress.
In addition to Vance, the deputy chief of staff of the White House James Blair, the lawyer for the White House Dave Warrington and the director of intergovernmental affairs Alex Meyer, according to a new politico report. The three would have taken personal days of their work at the White House to accompany Vance during his trip – a summit of the Trump administration apparently intended for an aromine of the Republicans of Indiana to restart the two districts of the congress currently detained by Democrats in the state of Hosier. The three would have participated in their “personal capacity”, according to politico’s words.
The pilgrimage in Indiana on Thursday was, of course, a component of a wider Trump administration effort to try to force red states to engage in redistocking the cycle and redrawing the Congress maps to return the seats from the Democrat to the Republican. They do this because they fear that the Democrats will resume the Chamber in the mid-term of 2026, probably because of its questioning on the unpopularity of the mass expulsion program of Trump, the Medicaid cuts and the constitutional standards that were brisk, among others. While things are now being held, Democrats should only pick up three seats to take over the room, which would not simply end Trufcta from Trump in Washington, but will also open the Trump administration to a wave of investigations, because the Democrats would then hold the power of assignment.
The fact that Vance has brought a safeguard with it suggests the importance that the White House gave to win the Gerrymandering war that it has started and could point out how desperate the administration is to collect more republican seats.
Obviously, Texas Republicans were easily convinced to worry about Trump’s dirt. But it is not entirely clear to what extent the Republican officials of Indiana will be enthusiastic to engage in the Gerrymandering before the middle. As I noted yesterday, the Democrats only hold two of the nine seats in Indiana at the American house.
Indiana reports about the meeting did not exactly describe a sound approval from the Trump Administration. While a source in the meeting room told Politico that Vance “had a convincing case for what should be done,” said Republican governor Mike Braun after the meeting they talked about “a wide range of subjects”.
“We listened,” Braun told a journalist when asked if they had entered into an agreement on redistribution.
It was great to meet @Vp Vance today. We have discussed a number of questions and I had the pleasure of highlighting some of the great things that happen in Indiana.

The best Republicans of the Indiana State legislature who participated in the meeting subsequently published statements. None of them mentioned the presumed main subject of the conversation.
President of the Todd Huston State House:
“I appreciate the opportunity to meet the vice-president Vance today and to share many successes that we have known in Indiana. We were proud to work alongside the Trump administration on several questions to strengthen our state and our nation. We have had a significant discussion, heard the point of view of the vice-president on a certain number of subjects, and we will continue conversations while we work to advance the Indiana and give results for the Hoosiers. ”
President of the Senate Pro Tem Rodric Bray:
“It was an honor to have the vice-president vance to the state today. We had a productive meeting and discussed several subjects that are important for Indiana. I appreciated the opportunity to hear the vice-president on a variety of questions, which we will continue to speak in the days to come. ”
The MJ official urged the rioters of January 6 to “kill” the police
NPR has a new exclusivity today, surfaced the images of a current official of the Ministry of Justice of the Trump Administration and a former defendant on January 6 exhoring those who storm the Capitol that day to “kill” the members of the law enforcement. By NPR:
NPR has obtained images from the police from the police from several angles of the former defendant and responsible for the current administration, Jared Wise, repressing the officers and calling them “Nazis” and “Gestapo”. … NPR also obtained the transcription of Wise’s testimony, in which he admitted that he had repeatedly shouted “killing them” while officers were attacked and try to explain his actions. Wise was not sentenced for any crime linked to January 6, due to the order of President Trump to end all the proceedings against the riots of the Capitol.
Senate’s GOP appropriars do not want another set of terminations
Some republicans of the Senate credit committee say they don’t want the White House to send another attractions package to recover the funding previously approved by the Congress, saying that it will make government funding more difficult for the next financial year.
“Another set of attractions at that time or in the future … really makes any type of effort bipartite on any legislation, including credits, much more difficult,” Senator Jerry Moran (R-KK) told Politico.
Trump’s White House director and the management and budget director (OMB), Russell Vought, have repeatedly said that another set of attractions is underway, including an attempted pocket residence – which are illegal.
Another request can be made in the midst of efforts to finance the government – which requires an obligatory – and avoid a closure before October.
“It takes 60 votes to adopt bills, and the cancellations would really damage our relationship to work together,” said Moran.
Meanwhile, Senator Mike Rounds (R-SD) told journalists that he would like any request for ruptures “returns to the credit committee so that we can incorporate this into the process”.
“Things would work better, and if they were really articles where it was waste, fraud and abuse, I would like to put the registered democrats and have them vote against [those items]”Said Rounds.” At the same time, if this will not be identifiable in this way, then maybe there is a reason why we voted for this funding in the first place. »»
