Use social media in support care

The use of social media in support care makes it possible to propagate better practices more quickly than traditional means and allows the commitment of patients, families, caregivers and clinicians with information and between them. I
were able to connect regularly with other members of the palliative care team, and even without having physically encountered them, I consider them as my friends because of the sharing we were able to make.
One of the keys to improving care for patients is to ensure that they are aware of their options and how to express their values and opinions, and help them connect to their care plan.
With this in mind, I was happy to be part of the recent conversation on Twitter on advanced care planning and support care. I hope the information provided has been useful.
