According to the city of Watsonville, power should be restored before 1:45 p.m., the cause of the failure is unknown. “We are aware that certain signaling fires do not work; we ask motorists to treat non-work fires as a global stop and treat each entry of an intersection as a stop panel,” said the city of Watsonville.
