Directing volatility is now the most requested competence in American societies (at the top of AI control), according to dozens of senior human resources executives that I recently interviewed in fortune companies 100 from a range of industries, including health care, sales, finances, food services, manufacturing, technology and biotechnology. The demand was motivated by recent peaks in global uncertainty, technological disturbance and economic instability.
