Updates live: the jurors say they have returned a verdict on certain charges in the trial of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’

While the jury continues to deliberate in the conspiracy trial of sexual traffic and racketeering of Sean “Diddy” Combres, they have already sent several notes to the court with questions.
Today, they asked for the transcription of Daniel Phillip, the director of the male journal who declared at the start of the trial that he had been paid between $ 700 and $ 6,000 to have sex with Cassie Ventura several times. The jury also requested any testimony from Ventura concerning its interactions or “Freak offs” with Phillip.
Phillip was one of the first witnesses to take a stand at the start of the trial. He testified not only to be paid to have sex with Ventura, but also an opportunity where Ventura asked her to urinate on her while Combs looked. Phillip also testified that the combs recorded them with sex or two times, using a phone and a camcorder.
During their first meeting around 2012, Phillip testified that he had gone to a New York hotel which expected to perform during a Bachelorette party. Instead, he found only Ventura and a man wearing a mask, whose voice he recognized as combs. Phillip said he had received Ventura money “to have sex with her”.
Phillip told an incident in which he testified that he had seen combs screaming in Ventura before “dragging her by his hair in his room”. He said he had heard Ventura screaming and saying several times: “I’m sorry”, while hearing what looked like combs that slap it. Phillip said he had not pointed out the incident because he feared for his life.
“I was completely shocked and spoiled in my head, I couldn’t do anything,” he said. “She was afraid to see that she was afraid.”
