Update: The missing rock girls were safe, suspects in detention | News

(Rocky Port) – Two girls from the northwest of Missouri who were missing early Saturday morning were found safe.

The Sheriff’s Bureau of the County atchison says that a suspect is in detention in connection with the disappearance of 12 -year -old children, Emily J. Harrington and Emma Sue Hale, both from Rock Port. The two girls were missing after failing to go home from a football match at Rock Port High School on Friday evening.

The sheriff of the county of atchison, Andrew Riley, said that the deputies of his department summoned a working group with the Missouri State Highway Patrol – which published an Amber alert – the FBI, the working group of cybercrimes and the Missouri conservation department. Riley says that each advance has been investigated as quickly as possible, which made the two girls are safe in Evansville, Indiana at 10:20 am on Saturday. He confirms that a suspect was placed in police custody.

(Rock Port) – The authorities are looking for two daughters in the northwest of Missouri who were missing early Saturday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol has published an Amber alert for Emily Harrington and Emma Sue Hale, 12 years old, both from Rock Port. The authorities say that the two girls were seen for the last time in a football match at Rock Port High School on Friday evening. The patrol says that girls can be in the company of another man named Alec or Alex who is said to be from California. They think they are traveling in a Buick Century Buick 2000 with the plates of the Missouri GD8W5J.

Harrington is described as a white woman, 5-4, about 135 pounds with brown hair. She often wears her hair in a bun and has a birth spot on the front of her neck. It was seen for the last time bearing a brown t-shirt, light-colored leggings and cowboy boots.

Hale is described as a moment, 5-2, about 120 pounds, with long dark blue hair. It was seen for the last time bearing a Red Kansas City Chiefs hoodie and black leggings

Anyone with information about the fate of girls must contact 911 or the Sheriff’s Bureau of the County atchison at 660-744-6271.
