Update on the status of Brock Lesnar WWE after the remark of Daniel Cormier’s “prohibited list”
The legend of the UFC, Daniel Cormier, says that Brock Lesnar is on the WWE “prohibited list”.
Last week, Daniel Cormier said on Demetrious Johnson’s podcast, the podcast that WWE placed Brock Lesnar on a “prohibited list”, saying that Lesnar was serious. His comments quickly sparked speculation about Lesnar’s current status in the company.

In response, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer newsletter explained the situation. He said the WWE legal team decided to stop using Lesnar after Janel Grant filed a complaint against Vince McMahon and the company. “There is nothing new on Lesnar’s forehead. WWE Legal made the call when Janel Grant filed his trial against Vince McMahon and WWE not to allow Lesnar to be used. ” [H/T: wrestlingnews.co]
Brock Lesnar was originally to appear in the Royal Rumble 2024 and start a script with Gunther for Wrestlemania 40. WWE had even written it in the show. However, they removed it at the last minute and replaced it with Bron Breakker.
The company would have planned that Brock Lesnar was worth Dominik Mysterio in an elimination room and will later face Gunther in Wrestlemania 40. Although Cormier’s comments attracted attention, Meltzer clearly indicated that the company had not changed its position.
He said, “Nothing has changed and the situation remains the same. There is nothing other than that.” Brock Lesnar appeared for the last time on WWE TV in Summerslam 2023, where he lost against Cody Rhodes and ended their intense rivalry.
Oba Femi responds to Brock Lesnar comparisons
During an appearance on the Podcast Hall of Fame, Oba Femi made comparisons with Brock Lesnar. “I have certainly been inspired by him in the way I work. But I do not think that it is a correlation one between Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi. Athletics and strength are there, but I think Oba is a beast. “

“Personally, I do not think that anyone is moving like Oba, discussions like OBA, walks like OBA. OBA is a unique experience, and people who establish the most correlation between Lesnar and FEMI are people who have not really seen a lot of FEMI. They just look at superficial things like construction and speed.”
“It’s only the outside. When you know the character of the sovereign, the destructive, the war portfolio, you understand that it is a unique experience that the WWE universe has never seen before. Oba is only one in one. I want to specify.”
