Undercover operation at Glenpool hotel results in 5 arrests

Five men were arrested during a sting operation at a Glenpool hotel, police say, and one of the men is a local pastor.

The attack took place Thursday evening and resulted in the arrest of Rohan BhoJwanti, 30, of Tulsa; Matthew Eddy, 28, of Tulsa; David Raridon, 60, of Missouri; Christopher LeBleu, 54, of Louisiana; and Jeremy Fair, 49, of Tulsa. All except Raridon were arrested for solicitation of prostitution. Raridon was arrested following a complaint of solicitation of a minor. All five were booked into the Tulsa County Jail.

Police say contact with the men began online and moved to text messaging before they arrived at the Comfort Inn.

Fair is a pastor, most recently at Christ Presbyterian Church in Tulsa. It has since been removed from the Church’s website. A statement from the Church said he was placed on indefinite leave.

The other men’s occupations would vary from firefighter to business owner to school district finance director.

“As law enforcement, I don’t think we’re often surprised by the people we encounter and their stories,” Glenpool Police Chief Jeremy Plane said. “I think the general public is sometimes surprised that community leaders are involved in something nefarious; unfortunately, 23 years has shown me that you never know.”

Plane held a press conference Friday about the operation. You can watch it below.
