UFC: Conor McGregor accepts a suspension of 18 months after three anti -doping controls failed in 2024 | WWE news

Conor McGregor has accepted an 18 -month suspension for violation of anti -doping policy by missing three checks, confirmed the UFC.
The UFC confirmed the missed tests in a statement, revealing that anti -doping combat sports tried to take samples from McGregor in 2024 on June 13, September 19 and 20.
“McGregor has fully cooperated with the CSAD survey, accepted its responsibility and provided detailed information which, according to the CSAD, contributed to the missed tests,” said the UFC press release.
“Taking into account the cooperation of McGregor and the circumstances, the CSAD has reduced the standard sanction of 24 months for three failures in terms of location by six months.
“His ineligibility period began on September 20, 2024 (date of his third location failure) and will end on March 20, 2026.”
McGregor, former featherweight and light weight champion of the UFC, has not fought since he broke his leg during his last fight against Dustin Poirier in July 2021.
He recently said he wanted to fight on a card proposal at the White House in June 2026.
