A light and tasty chicken salad in a fresh and creamy tzatziki sauce!
ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Greek Nature
- 1/2 cup of cucumber, peeled, sown, grated and pressed to drain
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoons of fresh, chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons of fresh, chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (~ 1/2 lemon)
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest (optional)
- salt to taste
- 4 cups of chicken, cooked and shredded or chopped
- 1 cucumber cup, dice
- 1/2 cup of celery, in dice
- 1/4 cup of red onion, dice
- 1/4 cup of feta, crumbled (optional)
